Faculty/Staff Current Method

For faculty and staff who prefer to connect manually using their Elms username and password.

  1. Connect to the Elms wireless network.
  2. Enter your Elms account username and password.

Set up your Elms Issued Laptop

Elms-Secure

This applies exclusively to laptops issued to faculty and staff by the Elms College Information Technology Department.

  1. Open the setup page with the button below.
  2. Click "Yes, I have the HPE Aruba Networking Onboard app".
  3. Click Sign in with your Elms account.
  4. Review and accept the Terms and Conditions of use.
  5. Enter your Elms College account information following the sign in prompts.
  6. Click "Install using HPE Aruba Networking Onboard app".
  7. In the HPE Aruba Application window choose "Set up network profile."
  8. In your computer's Wi-Fi settings, select the Elms-Secure network and click connect.
Set up my Elms laptop

Personal laptops can only connect to the Elms-Community network, select My Own Devices.

For everything you own: phones, tablets, personal laptops, game consoles, and smart devices.

  1. Open the password page with the button below, or scan the QR code.
  2. Sign in with your Elms College account.
  3. Review and Accept Terms and Conditions of use.
  4. Your personal Wi-Fi password appears on screen. You can change or revoke it there any time.
  5. On each of your devices, join Elms-Community and enter that one password.
